The staff was very kidness, by the reception and in the restaurant
The people at the reception was very helpful and kind. Good breakfast and also very good beds!
It´s quite far from the city, but there are very good connection with bus, which is also very easy to use.
This is delightful hotel quite outside Krakow, but perfectly accessible on the motorways. Artur serves the city visits very well. The hotel is very likable, informal, and enjoyable. Sure, the restaurant is very limited, but adequate. A city bus takes you right into the fascinating old town in 20 minutes; you leave the car behind at the safety of the hotel. The hotel has also agreed fixed taxi rates for cabs back, booked with a specific taxi company. Artur remains highly recommendable; a true find.
This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are big and clean. The wireless internet works very well. There is a big free parking place with the hotel. The breakfast is as you should expect in hotel like this. There are a lot of shopping possibilities near the hotel. bus connection close to the hotel. The price is very good for a hotel like this.
It is not close to the center although there is a bus connection which takes you in about 25 min to the center. The TV had had a very poor signal. On the road into the center you can expect traffic jams
too big chairs and tables in breakfast room/too small brekfast room
Everything was great. Nice, clean hotel with big rooms. Good breakfast and ecxellent stuff. We liked this hotel very much.
Clean, comfortable, and helpful staff. Good tasty breakfast. Rooms were quite big, and the tea,and coffee in the room was a great plus.
rather far from city centre, but bus, just outside hotel, made travelling easier.N othing of interest ,in the area near the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet was a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads, scrambled eggs and pastries. There is no air conditioning but this was not a problem for us.
Excellent reception staff very helpful, good size rooms, close to main roads for ease to go anyway, not far to city centre
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean> the Parking was secure.
There were no refrigerators or ice machines available, However the Staff never hesitated to get me a bowl of ice cubes when I needed them
